2012 SATORI PROCESS - Finkenwerder, Germany, July 28 - August 3

See und HimmelI have led many Satori processes at this very pretty centre in Eastern Germany affectionately known as "Finki". The centre is set in a beautiful lakeland area and it feels like coming home to be returning there for the group this year. Subtle changes happen in the Satori process with each passing year and this year alongside the insights and moments of enlightenment that we have come to expect in this group there will be an emphasis on a much deeper and profound energetic state of being. We will face our vulnerability and discover the peace and wisdom which is inside and has always been waiting for us.

See und HimmelThe Satori itself, the direct experience of truth, will happen anywhere, no matter where the group is located. But the venue, the setting, is also a container as is the enormous understanding and experience that the leader brings and also the support of each participant for each other - in this rich alchemy we shall embark on a journey of the soul. This process has been developed so that, alongside the pursuit of a Satori, participants are enabled to see clearly where they are holding themselves back and how destructive old unconscious patterns are. Seeing this opens up new possibilities and creativity - the group acting as a microcosm in which we can reassess and see our truly limitless potential.

Finkenwerder HofI am inviting you to join me for six transformative days, to allow yourselves to be touched in your innermost core, and to take this opportunity to step forward fearlessly, with joy and gratitude, into the wonderful celebration of this blessed gift -Your Life.

If you are new to Satori or would like a reminder of what the process is read on: SATORI

The name Satori is Japanese and means a "direct experience of truth". It is based around some very fundamental life questions, the most basic and enduring one for all of us being "Who am I"?

A Satori is a moment of profound realisation, a knowing of life as it is. And it is an experience of tremendous self-empowerment. The process involves working in pairs with each member of the group, answering fundamental life questions: "Who am I?" "What is life?" very much as one would focus on a Zen koan or question. While the focus of the Satori process is to allow a peak experience, it also provides a microcosmic look at basic life patterns and attitudes. This can be illuminating and deeply clarifying and the insights can be applied to significantly alter your awareness in everyday life. Exploring who you are will involve looking at the myriad ways your conditioning has affected you and continues to affect your relationships, from birth experiences, through childhood and into the decisions you have made as adults - and how identified you are with this conditioning which was imposed on the essential being you are. It's about beginning to free you up from the patterns your upbringing has imposed on you, very often unconsciously, and to connect you with the presence in your life of a greater and more self-nurturing understanding of who you really are.

Satori smileThe state of Satori is experienced on all levels, with every cell and fibre of your being. These moments are never forgotten - from that time on you know, from your own experience, who you are. Life is never quite the same again.

What people have said about Satori:

Before doing my first SATORI process in 1998 I often was afraid of other people – I have completely lost this fear – I may now show who I am. For me the SATORI process is the most intense experience of the self and of being. Nothing has affected my life more deeply than all the other processes I have done. Why do I keep repeating this process over and over again? I consider SATORI an annual “service of the soul”.
Josef K., politician, Vienna

The SATORI process for me most of all meant encountering an incredibly rich inner diversity. How ever-changing and copious this flow is that I am used to call “I”. And how much joy there is in presenting the gift of my pure presence and focus to the person opposite – and in receiving that same gift in return from them!"
Heike M., editor, Munich

The SATORI process is a way to share the truth in all the vulnerability and beauty arising from that. Walking this path can be very beautiful and awful, too - all in all it enables me to be deeply happy with whatever is. Maybe the most beautiful aspect of SATORI is that Clare and her work supports me in being my own source of realization.“
Johannes M., homeopath, Berlin

"SATORI  gave me the power to return to my source, with love and honesty. I realized “I am the creator of my life” - and I am co-creating this world.
Bettina W., social worker, Teltow

I never would have thought how much beauty is to be found within a single question, for example “Who am I”. SATORI revealed to me, how strongly construed my image of myself and the world was... SATORI was a wonderful adventurous journey, undertaken with the help of many companions, to search for my core and vulnerability and the heroine of this quest was no one else but I myself.
Susanne L., business consultant and coach, Berlin

I have known and loved Clare for about 30 years and find her uniquely experienced and skilled in the realms of consciousness. Clare is deeply caring and has brilliantly refined this process. SATORI is a specially designed structure to build an intensity that can take you beyond your mind to have a direct experience of your essence.
